Breathing Exercise For Kids

Learning how to pay attention to your breathing will give you more energy, less stress, and make you smile.

Lets get started:

1) Inhale deeply through your nose( Pretend as if you are outside smelling flowers)

2) Exhale slowly through your mouth(Pretend that you are blowing out candles

3) Repeat steps 3 times

Notice how you feel after taking the three deep breaths.
