So every now and again I have cravings for the most unhealthiest food. Everyone should be able to have something that they really enjoy, right? But the problem is when you start how do you stop? I know there are days when I crave onion rings, french fries, icecream, or my sinful pleasure, double chocolate cake with chocolate icing. But unfortunately, these foods can cause so many health risks.
These risks include obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, stroke, type-2 diabetes, osteoporosis and many more. Poor nutrition can lead to illness or lead to headaches, stomachaches, and feeling extremely lethargic.
Poor eating habits include skipping meals,over eating, not having enough of healthy foods(fresh fruits and vegetables),consuming too many sugary drinks and not enough water, and eating foods high in sugar, and sodium.
So let's all try to do better! Eating better has a tremendous impact on your physical and mental health.
