SELF-CARE #takecareofyoufirst

When we think of self-care we often don't think of ourselves. We are so busy, life happens, and before you know it we are burned out. As women we are supposed to be "SUPERWOMAN". We take care of the children, our partner, friends, family, go to work, and take care of the household. We never stop to think "hey you, I matter too". So I'm here to help you remember that you matter. Your physical and mental health matters. Here are some tips to help you take care of you- let's face it if we don't who will??


#1 Get enough sleep/rest (7-8 hours)

#2 Exercise ( walking, jogging, yoga)

#3 Spend time with friends and family

#4 Laugh and have fun

#5 Journal

#6 Do something you enjoy everyday( read, meditiate, watch a movie/favorite show)

#7 Pamper yourself (Whatever that looks like for you- I personally love massages, manicures & pedicures)
